Medical condition management

We monitor both mental and physical symptoms to help maintain a healthy state of mind and body. Excessive anxiety due to distorted cognition, mood swings due to stress, and internal experiences that interfere with daily life will be observed. During the drug therapy period, we will check for deterioration of symptoms and appearance of side effects.
Lifestyle improvement (sleep/nutrition)

Sleep is an important way to rest your brain. Nutrients that can be ingested from food are taken into the human body, making cells and affecting various organs. Disruption of lifestyle habits such as sleep and eating has a negative impact on the mind and body. We aim to maintain a healthy state of mind and body by correcting sleep, nutrition, etc. and leading a regular lifestyle.
Trouble consultation

There is no one to talk to even though you want to talk, you hesitate to talk, you can't verbalize it well, you don't notice the stress, etc., and small feelings of confusion accumulate and eventually become a big stress, which can lead to mental and physical disorders. We provide a place where you can feel free to discuss your daily questions and concerns, and support your healthy daily life.
Exercise/occupational therapy

Exercise is essential to human health. Research has proven that moderate exercise is good for the body and mind, and although the level varies depending on age and condition, it is recommended for all generations. Exercises that make you sweat and exercises that are necessary for daily activities are tailored to each individual to help you become healthier.
Social rehabilitation support

There are various people who are originally not good at social life, and those who live with great anxiety about social life after losing their mental condition, but when they go out into society We value the feeling that you want to live and support you so that you can achieve your goals.
Consultation coordination/emergency response

If you have symptoms that you cannot control by yourself, or if there is a risk of harming yourself or others, we will support you by adjusting consultation and emergency response as appropriate. We also accept requests from those who have such a family and are worried, and we will respond 24 hours a day.
